We only refund if you received the wrong product, flavour or quantity. 

Contact us Immediately, report any issues as soon as possible, often within hours or days of receiving the item 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.


2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition (including packaging, tags, etc.).

The item(s) must be Provide Proof:
Take clear photos of the incorrect item to support your claim. 

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

Damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be given. Please accept this and before place an order .


4. Return Shipping

If a refund is approved due to our error (e.g., incorrect item), we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) at no additional cost to you. In cases where a return is required due to an error made by the customer (e.g., incorrect order placed), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.


5. Processing Time

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after receiving the returned item(s) and confirming that the refund is eligible. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
